Skyline Ford in Salem, Oregon is seeking a Guest Experience Coordinator (Service Drive Greeter & Porter) to be the first impression for customers, directing the service drive flow and ensuring a calm, organized arrival experience.

You will welcome guests, move vehicles safely, support advisors and technicians, and help keep the dealership clean and efficient. A friendly personality and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Positive, outgoing personality with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.

The Guest Experience Coordinator is the air traffic controller of our service department—balancing customer experience, vehicle flow, and communication so our advisors and technicians can deliver exceptional service.

You’ll be the first person customers meet, helping them feel welcomed, directing the flow of the service drive, and creating a calm, organized experience from the moment they arrive.

What You’ll Do
