Job summary

Schulte Subaru in Sioux Falls, SD, seeks an Automotive Billing & Accounting Specialist to work with our sales team, accounting staff and controller to ensure every car deal is completed timely and accurately. This position handles the entire Accounts Receivable process and maintains positive relationships across the dealership.

The role supports posting repair orders, daily service deposits, and related reconciliations, with a Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm schedule.

Responsibilities

• Process used car deals in a timely manner, ensure funds and reconciliation.
• Manage accounts receivable: statements, deposits, inquiries, aging.
• Post internal repair orders and conduct service deposits.
• Maintain tidy work area and perform other duties as assigned.
• Attend work on schedule with reliability.
