Job summary

Hyatt Vacation Ownership is seeking a courteous Guest Services Associate to welcome guests arriving for sales presentations and to manage the sales gallery experience. You will coordinate tours, assign guests to Sales Executives, and track wave availability while ensuring a welcoming environment and accurate reporting in the system.

You will also arrange dining, golf, and activities, communicate updates to the front desk and marketing teams, and maintain clean, well-stocked common areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and offer refreshments while they wait for sales presentations.
• Assist in assigning guests to Sales Executives and track rotations.
• Record tours and leads in the computer system and reconcile packages.
• Coordinate previews, site visits, and bookings; notify front desk and marketers of updates.
• Provide personal planning services (dining, golf, activities) and arrange reservations as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of hospitality items in gallery areas.
• Ensure safety, confidentiality, and professional appearance; report incidents as required.
