Hyatt Vacation Ownership is seeking a Coordinator Marketing In House to support owners and guests with engaging selling experiences and events that create memorable vacation moments. You will help schedule presentations, ensure high service levels, and drive revenue through persuasive outreach.

This full-time role requires weekend availability, strong sales or customer service background, and a welcoming, professional manner.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience required.
• Ability to interact with guests in person or by phone.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Background check and drug screening may be required.
• Must be able to stand and move around during presentations.

Responsibilities

• Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations.
• Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensures attendees meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning about products and services.
• Uses persuasive techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
