Floyd's 99 Barbershop in South Tampa is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join our front desk team. This role involves coordinating appointments, answering inquiries, and ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience for every client.

The ideal candidate has prior customer service experience, strong communication and organization skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced salon environment. Full-time or part-time options are available, with a friendly, growth-oriented workplace

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in salon or hospitality.
• Evening and weekend availability.
• Excellent phone and in-person communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all client communications, answer phones, bookings, and client inquiries.
• Greet clients and maintain a welcoming front desk environment.
• Quote wait times and manage client expectations.
• Upsell retail and additional services where appropriate.
• Process transactions accurately in the POS system and handle cash as needed.
• Keep front desk organized and shop area clean.
