What You’ll Do
  • Create and customize detailed guest itineraries, including pre-arrival preparations and daily activities throughout their stay.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for guests, assisting with requests, providing recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction from check-in to check-out.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure all guest needs are met, including dining reservations, activity bookings, and special accommodations.
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive solutions, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
  • Maintain communication with guests throughout their stay, ensuring any changes or adjustments are communicated effectively.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all requested services, such as transportation, amenities, and guest-specific requests.
  • Track guest preferences and feedback to enhance future experiences and improve service standards.
  • Expected to remain adaptable and take on additional duties as assigned, based on the organization’s goals and priorities.
