Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is seeking a Guest Services Representative for the Chamberlain West Hollywood in West Hollywood, CA. You will greet guests, check them in/out, handle reservations, and provide friendly, professional support.

Strong communication and cash handling skills are required, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal & written.
• Experience delivering professional guest services and handling inquiries.
• Ability to manage reservations, payments, and guest requests efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in/check-out guests, verify reservations and information.
• Register guests in the system and promote loyalty programs.
• Handle cash, process payments, and balance house bank at shift end.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve complaints promptly.
• Answer phones and assist guests with directions and local information.
• Assist guests with luggage and transportation needs as required.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, offerings, and local area highlights.
