Job summary

Beauport Hotel Gloucester, part of Beauport Hospitality Group, seeks a Concierge to deliver personalized guest experiences on Massachusetts’ North Shore. The role requires listening, communication, and hospitality in a fast-paced setting with weekends/holidays.

You will book experiences, coordinate transportation, manage inquiries, and support front desk operations to ensure memorable stays. This full-time seasonal position involves 8am-4pm shifts, with duties across guest services,

Qualifications

At least 2 years’ experience in a Concierge or similar role.
Strong hospitality and guest relations focus.
Excellent listening and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and with other departments.
Proficiency with Office apps and POS/CRM/PMS systems.
Fluent English communication.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Refresh knowledge of local events, shopping, dining, and activities for guests.
Explain, coordinate, book and track guest experiences (e.g., whale watches, museums, charters).
Assist guests with restaurant reservations, transportation, flights, amenities, packages, car rentals, and luggage handling.
Respond to emails and phone inquiries professionally during shifts.
Develop relationships with local businesses to create guest experiences.
Resolve guest issues and coordinate with other departments for resolution.
Support front office tasks (check-in/check-out) and special events.
Maintain Concierge records and update brochures and collateral.
