Job summary

Kimpton Marlowe is looking for a friendly Guest Services Associate to warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage, and coordinate transport as needed.

In this role you’ll keep the lobby, breakfast area, and public spaces inviting, while delivering guest amenities and special requests to rooms.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma (preferred), 1 year in customer service, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer service or similar role.
• Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic writing and professional communication skills.
• High School Diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, refresh, and clean the Morning Kickstart breakfast area.
• Remain present in the lobby to welcome guests and assist with needs.
• Deliver guest amenities and special requests to guest rooms.
• Assist with luggage handling and transportation arrangements.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby, bell closet, and public areas.
