Job summary

Steamboat Grand is seeking a Concierge to serve guests and owners with personalized recommendations, transportation, dining, recreation, and special requests in a fast-paced hospitality setting. You will partner with Reservations, Front Desk, and other teams to ensure seamless service and memorable experiences.

The ideal candidate has hospitality experience, strong English communication, and the ability to multitask while maintaining service excellence.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in hospitality industry required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with Springer Miller reservations systems helpful.
• Strong interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills required.
• Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Present a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Assist with check-in/check-out for guests and monitor projects to improve guest experience.
• Coordinate with Reservations, Maintenance, Housekeeping, Sales, and Accounting.
• Oversee media rooms to personalize guest experience via in-room IPTV systems.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Communicate with owners to resolve reservations issues and provide information.
• Maintain knowledge of condo declarations, bylaws and covenants.
• Coordinate VIP and guest/owner amenities with Rooms, Front Desk, F&B, and Sales.
• Meet with new owners and process ownership paperwork.
• Maintain confidential owner records.
• Keep weekly departmental communications for unit upkeep.
• Support upgrades and room moves to optimize owner revenue.
