The Steamboat Grand is seeking a Concierge to serve as a knowledgeable and welcoming resource for guests and owners, arranging activities and coordinating services to enhance the overall experience. You will anticipate needs, assist with transportation, dining, recreation, and local knowledge while upholding high standards of professionalism.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hospitality industry experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with Springer Miller reservations system helpful.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Assist with check-in/check-out processes for guests as required by business volume.
• Coordinate with Reservations, Maintenance, Housekeeping, Sales and other departments to plan and evaluate activities.
• Communicate effectively to improve service quality and guest experiences.
• Oversee in-room IPTV systems and personalize guest experiences.
• Coordinate VIP and guest/owner amenities with relevant teams.
