Responsibilities

• Recommend and book activities for guests based on interests and ability.
• Check guests in or out of the hotel following procedures.
• Record guest complaints and coordinate with staff to resolve issues.
• Assist with ordering, maintaining supplies and ensuring front desk area is orderly.
• Coordinate daily needs with other departments for hotel guests.
