Qualifications

• College degree is preferred.
• Hospitality experience is a plus, but training is provided.

• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Check in and check out guests.
• Make, modify, and cancel room reservations.
• Make room, spa, dining reservations and arrange activities for guests.
• Answer phones and direct calls to staff.
• Provide information about rooms, rates, and amenities.
• Assist guests with special requests.
