IHG Hotels & Resorts' InterContinental Washington D.C. - The Wharf is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, handle bookings, payments, check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and warmth.

You will welcome guests, acknowledge rewards members, provide local insights, and resolve issues while maintaining accuracy with computer systems. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, basic math and a service-oriented mindset in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for guest interactions.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address complaints and requests.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the local language; additional languages are a plus.
• Basic math, reading/writing, and computer skills for payments and schedules.
