Job summary

Treasure Island Resort & Casino in Welch, MN is seeking an enthusiastic events assistant to support promotions and entertainment functions on property and off property. You will provide a high level of guest service aligned with department standards while assisting with setup, registrations and guest information.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, guiding attendees, explaining promotions, and ensuring rules are followed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of hospitality or guest service.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist at on and off property events.
• Set up and tear down promotional events and drawings.
• Greet and guide guests and provide event, promotion, entertainment and amenity information.
• Explain promotions, register guests for drawings and hand out promotional items.
• Ensure event rules and regulations are followed.
