Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Experience in a hotel or high-end retail environment desired.
• Must be able to work in environments with alcohol and smoking as per Louisiana Gaming requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-ins according to hotel requirements and input into the system accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, room types, rates, and arrivals.
• Process cashiering tasks: collect cash, post charges, and balance bank responsibly.
• Provide concierge support and assist other front office areas as needed; communicate VIP arrivals and special requests.
