Responsibilities

• Greets visitors, answers questions, signs guest sheets, and routes calls to residents and staff.
• Sort, deliver and collect incoming/outgoing mail, may do basic clerical tasks, maintain visitor logs.
• Responds to resident emergencies by calling internal and external parties per protocol.
