Qualifications

• Previous guest-facing or service experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Process payments and verify credit authorizations.
• Respond to guest requests and coordinate with other departments.
• Maintain accurate guest records in the property management system.
• Answer and route calls per hotel standards and keep shift logs.
• Support front desk quality assurance and Hilton brand requirements.
• Assist with reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
