Job summary

Erickson Senior Living's Grandview in North Bethesda, MD seeks a Front Desk Associate to greet residents and guests, manage inquiries, and set a welcoming tone. This on-call (PRN) role supports our vibrant continuing care community.

You will be the first contact, handling messages, coordinating with staff, and assisting with daily operations. This position offers flexible hours and opportunities to grow with our expanding campuses.

Qualifications

• Receptionist experience required.
• Excellent verbal skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work an on call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct residents, visitors, and staff; handle questions and concerns efficiently
• Receive emergency calls from residents and staff and dispatch appropriate personnel; page on-call physicians as needed
• Monitor all emergency pull cords for Independent Living residents
• Track status of resident involved in a situation (hospitalization, etc.)
• Maintain census information and manage resident lists, packages, and mail distribution
