This on-call (PRN) role requires strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to respond calmly to emergencies, with compensation ranging from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Receptionist experience required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
• Willingness to work on an on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct residents, visitors, and staff; answer questions and concerns.
• Receive emergency calls and dispatch appropriate personnel; page on-call physicians as needed calmly.
• Monitor emergency pull cords for Independent Living residents.
• Track status of residents involved in situations (e.g., hospitalizations).
• Manage resident lists alphabetically and by apartment.
• Assist with census accuracy, hospitalizations, and returnees; log packages and notify residents for pickups.
