Erickson Senior Living's Oak Crest Village in Parkville, MD is seeking a Front Desk Associate. You will be the first contact for residents, families, and candidates, setting a positive tone and ensuring a warm, welcoming environment.

The role involves handling calls, directing visitors, and supporting daily operations with a flexible shift that covers vacations, weekends, and on-call coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Receptionist experience required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct residents, visitors, and staff; address questions and concerns.
• Receive emergency calls and dispatch appropriate personnel; page on-call physicians as needed.
• Monitor emergency pull cords for Independent Living residents.
• Track status of residents involved in situations; coordinate transports as needed.
• Maintain resident lists alphabetically and by apartment numbers.
• Assist with census information, hospitalizations and returns of residents.
• Log all resident packages and notify residents of pickups; manage daily mail distribution.
