Job summary

Planned Companies – Concierge role located in Northern Virginia (Dumfries & Alexandria area) seeks Front Desk Associates and Doormen to greet tenants and guests, coordinate services, and enhance on-site experiences.

Responsibilities include coordinating reservations, events, and local referrals while maintaining security and access control. Requires strong communication and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; full-time 30+ hours per week with benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Desire and passion to provide a warm and welcoming hello to everyone.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
• Polite, friendly, self-assured and able to multitask with good time-management.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet, announce, and provide direction to tenants, guests, and vendors upon entering the building.
• Develop and maintain relationships with tenants to provide individualized experiences.
• Schedule reservations and appointments at restaurants, hotels, and entertainment venues.
• Plan and organize on-site events.
• Provide direction, referrals and access to local entertainment, dining, shopping and services.
• Document, secure and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services at designated areas.
• Answer telephones, monitor lobby and manage keys/access cards.
