Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Active cosmetology or barber license in the state of employment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure guests feel welcomed and valued.
• Book appointments and manage the salon calendar.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls with strong phone etiquette.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Use the POS system to check in/out clients, process payments, and manage memberships.
• Assist with marketing and sales by educating clients on products and promotions.
