Job summary

The Source Hotel in Denver’s RiNo Art District is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver guest experiences and support daily operations. You will welcome guests, handle check-in/check-out, and coordinate with our culinary and hospitality teams to ensure smooth service.

Ideal candidates have Opera Cloud PMS experience, familiarity with the I Prefer program, strong English communication, and a team-first attitude. This is a full-time on-site role offering competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with Opera Cloud (PMS) preferred.
• Experience with I Prefer Program preferred.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Self-starting with an even disposition.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Able to communicate well with guests.
• Willing to pitch-in and help coworkers as a team player.
• Basic math skills and calculator proficiency.
• Ability to input information using a moderately complex computer system.
• Ability to stand, walk and operate behind the front desk.
• Ability to observe and respond to emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide clear directions and information.
• Complete check-in/check-out and input guest data accurately; promote brand programs.
• Verify credit cards, handle payments, and balance the house bank.
• Answer telephones, relay messages, and assist guests with requests.
• Maintain calm and efficient front desk operations during busy periods.
