Job summary

The Source Hotel in Denver's RiNo Art District is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest experiences, support our culinary and hospitality teams, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, checking in/out, handling cash, answering phones, and maintaining a professional appearance. Opera Cloud experience and English communication are preferred; strong teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Friendly, professional demeanor and strong guest service focus.
• Willing to assist coworkers and work as part of a team.
• Basic math and calculator skills for point-of-sale and cashier duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide accurate information on hours and local attractions.
• Input and retrieve guest information, check-in/out, and manage room assignments.
• Handle telephone inquiries and relay messages to guests and staff.
• Balance cash and process payments, including vouchers and credit cards.
• Maintain poise during busy periods and assist with front desk operations as needed.
