Qualifications
- 2+ years of banquet or food & beverage service experience.
- Previous Banquet Captain or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and ability to direct a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow BEOs precisely.
Responsibilities
- Review and understand BEOs before each event and communicate details to banquet staff.
- Lead banquet servers throughout event setup, service, and breakdown.
- Ensure rooms and spaces are set according to BEO specs and hotel standards.
- Oversee bar setup, service, and breakdown; ensure responsible alcohol-service requirements.
