Qualifications

• 2+ years of banquet or food & beverage service experience.
• Previous Banquet Captain or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and ability to direct a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow BEOs precisely.

Responsibilities

• Review and understand BEOs before each event and communicate details to banquet staff.
• Lead banquet servers throughout event setup, service, and breakdown.
• Ensure rooms and spaces are set according to BEO specs and hotel standards.
• Oversee bar setup, service, and breakdown; ensure responsible alcohol-service requirements.
