Job summary

Crossroads Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Front Desk Associate at our Myrtle Beach property to deliver exceptional guest service during check-in, check-out, and throughout the stay. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous front desk or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service orientation.
• Proficiency with property management systems (PMS).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a warm, professional welcome.
• Check-in/out guests accurately and in line with hotel policies.
• Assist with reservations, room assignments, and guest requests.
• Handle payments and balance daily transactions in PMS.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and F&B to ensure room readiness.
• Protect guest privacy and follow security procedures.
• Maintain accurate guest records in the PMS and report issues.
