Job summary

Sun Outdoors Myrtle Beach is seeking a friendly Front Office Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and keep front desk operations running smoothly in a busy resort environment at Conway, SC. You'll handle reservations, respond to inquiries, process payments, coordinate with housekeeping, and promote resort amenities while following all policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred in hospitality.
• Strong communication and problem-solv­ing skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Comfort with computers; PMS experience is a plus.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and deliver friendly, high-quality service.
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with accuracy.
• Answer questions, share resort info, and resolve guest concerns.
• Manage bookings, changes, and cancellations (in person, phone, email).
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest readiness.
• Promote resort amenities, events, and activities.
• Keep the front desk area clean and organized.
• Follow all policies, safety procedures, and standards.
