Qualifications

• We require at least 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
• Hotel front desk experience preferred.

• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests and assists with check-in/check-out and wake-up calls.
• Handle guest concerns and requests and adjust reservations as needed.
• Work with hotel management and team to ensure a great guest experience.
• Use the front desk system to complete transactions and run reports.
• Coordinate with housekeeping on room availability and guest needs.
