Your duties include greeting guests, assigning rooms based on availability and status, issuing keys, and guiding guests to hotel amenities, with a focus on outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Excellent guest-service and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide hospitable service at check-in.
• Assign rooms based on location, rate, status, or group tie-ins to optimize guest experience.
• Issue room keys and coordinate with Bellhop for smooth arrivals.
• Respond to guest inquiries about hotel services, local amenities, and directions.
