Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or hotel front desk experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Ability to handle guest inquiries professionally and empathetically.
• Familiarity with property management systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
