Qualifications

• 1 year of Front Desk Operations experience or similar hotel front desk exposure.
• Strong communication and written skills.
• Able to multitask and provide friendly service to guests.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests on arrival with personal recognition and warm welcome.
• Assist in preparing welcome amenities and escort VIPs to rooms.
• Answer phone within three rings and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and report discrepancies to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and assist with lobby activation as needed.
