Job summary

Pacific Hospitality Group seeks a friendly Front Desk Agent for our Dallas-area property. You will greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, provide information on facilities, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless stays.

• Minimum 2–3 years in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Experience with hotel front office operations is a plus.
• High standards for guest service and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, welcoming demeanor and manage check-in/check-out.
• Answer inquiries, provide information on amenities and local attractions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions in the PMS.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and escalate to management when needed.
