August Haven is seeking a guest-focused team member to warmly welcome customers and connect them with the right Design or Sales professional. You will support the presentation and sale of design packages, handle administrative tasks, tagging, inventory prep, and ensure an exceptional WOW guest experience in a collaborative, employee-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to work rotating days, evenings and weekends (~30 hours/week).
• Demonstrated passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive, professional presence with strong multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome, engage, and pamper guests.
• Connect guests with the right Design or Sales professional.
• Support the presentation and sale of design packages.
• Administrative responsibilities including tagging, office tasks, inventory prep, and more.
