Job summary

NexDine in Pompano Beach, FL is seeking a Server/Guest Experience Ambassador to deliver best-in-class dining for residents, colleagues and guests. You will engage with guests, explain menu items, and ensure dietary needs are met with clarity and care.

This role requires high school diploma or equivalent, prior food service and customer service experience, and a TIPS alcohol certification. You will operate in a kitchen/dining setting with safety and teamwork at the core.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in food service
• Previous customer service experience
• TIPS Alcohol Certification
• Level 2 background check required (HB531)

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class dining experience to residents, colleagues, and guests.
• Lead service of food and beverages and explain the daily menu offerings.
• Engage with residents to obtain desired orders and articulate ingredients and cooking methods.
• Check residents' diets and preferences to ensure restrictions are met.
• Support setup and breakdown of meal periods and keep service areas stocked and clean.
• Provide excellent customer service, be approachable, greet and thank customers.
