Responsibilities

• Coordinate department activities and support lobby and bell team members to ensure high-quality guest service.
• Respond promptly and professionally to phone, email, and in-person inquiries from clients, guests, and team members.
• Greet guests warmly and provide directions, local recommendations, and information.
• Organize and verify paperwork, rooming lists, and details for guest amenities and group luggage.
• Assist with coordinating departmental initiatives or ad-hoc assignments.
• Provide clerical support including word processing, data entry, filing, and copying.
