Grand Hyatt Nashville is seeking a Guest Ambassador to enhance the guest experience by providing personalized services, arranging reservations, and delivering information to ensure a memorable stay. You will greet guests, assist with dining, transportation, and VIP requests while maintaining a warm, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Previous guest service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to provide personalized and efficient service.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide information on hotel services, local attractions, dining, and entertainment.
• Make reservations, secure tickets, and arrange transportation and travel details.
• Handle VIP requests, including special product orders and turndown services.
• Arrange for laundry, cleaning, and repair services for guests’ belongings.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including authorizing credit applications.
• Facilitate the sending and receiving of guest packages.
• Act as host for morning coffee service and create warm guest interactions.
• Report suspicious behavior to hotel security to maintain a safe environment.
• Consistently greet guests in a professional, friendly manner to elevate their experience.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the Front Office team.
• Other duties as assigned.
