Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage lobby flow; handle check-out, payments, and guest issues per procedures.
• Answer phones and PBX; relay guest requests to appropriate departments and follow up for satisfaction.
• Provide general concierge services, share local tips, and assist with reservations.
• Register guests and issue room keys; introduce guests to Travel and Leisure Co. presentations where applicable.
• Prepare arrival information and welcome gifts; pre-call arriving guests to set expectations.
