Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in hotel, front desk, or guest service preferred.
• Comfort using hotel software and standard business apps.
• Flexible to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism from arrival to departure.
• Complete check-in/check-out, room assignments, key issuance, and registration.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide recommendations on amenities, dining, local attractions, and transportation.
• Answer questions, process reservations, and communicate hotel services confidently.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and sound judgment, coordinating with leadership as needed.
• Process payments, explain folios, post charges, and handle front office transactions accurately.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records, shift notes, and guest information with discretion.
• Support fellow Front Office colleagues during busy periods and assist with guest service needs.
• Follow all policies related to guest privacy, safety, cash handling, and procedures.
