Pyramid Global Hospitality, a leading hospitality group, is seeking a Guest Services Agent for Hotel Indigo Cleveland Gateway. You’ll create a memorable first impression, assist with luggage, and share knowledge about the hotel and local area to help guests enjoy their stay.

Qualifications

• At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction.
• Valid driver's license with no major infractions for 6 months.
• Ability to work a full shift standing and moving around the hotel including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Help guests discover their Wanderlust experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and showing genuine interest.
• Welcome each guest to the hotel as part of the guest services team.
• Greet guests arriving by car and open doors as they enter.
• Escort guests to the front desk for check-in.
• Park and retrieve guests' vehicles as requested.
• Escort guests and their luggage to their rooms and explain hotel amenities.
