Job summary

Beemok Hospitality Collection (BHC) seeks a dedicated Personal Concierge for The Cooper in Charleston. You will be the ambassador to guests, owning their experience from arrival to departure and proactively addressing needs.

This role requires hospitality finesse, strong communication, teamwork with Housekeeping and Engineering, and the ability to excel during busy evenings and weekends while maintaining professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume hospitality setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Represent the hotel and BHC in all guest interactions.
• Maintain guest communication during their stay and own requests.
• Tailor guest rooms to individual preferences.
• Provide welcome and check-in experiences on arrival.
• Own guest experience elements and handle service recovery.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering.
• Build rapport with guests before, during, and after stay.
• Support special guest recognition and manage busy periods.
• Uphold safety procedures and adapt to changing conditions.
