Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to use a calculator for moderately complex calculations with accuracy.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external customers.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the front office and perform essential duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers immediately with a friendly, sincere welcome and provide accurate information.
• Complete the registration process using the computer system; confirm guest details, rate, and room preferences.
• Verify and imprint credit cards for authorization; handle cash and balance a house bank.
• Process payments, vouchers, and currency conversions; post charges to guest accounts.
