Kimpton Sylvan Hotel - Atlanta seeks a Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional guest service at the on-site front desk. You will check guests in/out, handle reservations, process payments, and promote hotel programs while maintaining a polished, welcoming demeanor.

Position requires strong communication, the ability to work a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to assist guests with local attractions and services. Hotel experience is preferred, and flexibility with shifts is helpful.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to use a calculator for math tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand and move throughout front office.
• Ability to input information into a computer system.
• Ability to remain calm in emergencies.
• Customer service oriented with guests.

Mansioni

• Greet guests with a friendly, sincere welcome and assist with requests.
• Complete registration using the computer system and confirm guest details.
• Promote HEI Hotels and Resorts brand programs.
• Assign rooms based on guest needs and process keys.
• Handle payments, refunds, and currency exchanges.
• Answer calls promptly and relay messages to guests.
• Retrieve mail, packages, and faxes as requested.
• Resolve guest concerns and negotiate solutions where needed.
