The role requires strong administrative and communication skills, ability to multitask, and a valid U.S. driver’s license. Weekend shifts and staff housing or meals may be available depending on status.

Qualifications

• Excellent administrative, organizational, and customer services skills.
• Computer literate with basic software proficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Able to handle money and perform basic cash handling.
• Able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling guest activities and creating itineraries.
• Document all guest interactions and requests.
• Prepare all guest-related paperwork.
• Answer phones professionally.
• Generate vendor contracts.
• Complete accounting functions.
• Resolve guest, member, and employee issues with urgency and empathy.
• Create and distribute updated schedules of activities and events.
• Contribute to weekly staff/manager meetings for service improvements.
• Minimize member and guest wait-time.
• Other duties as assigned.
