Job summary

BIRDCODE is hiring a Team Member to join a fast-paced, hospitality-driven team focused on great food, teamwork, and delivering an amazing guest experience. You’ll be cross-trained across the restaurant and support opening/closing duties.

Responsibilities include taking orders, preparing and serving food to recipe standards, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining a clean, organized station. Weekend/holiday availability and a positive mindset are valued.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Previous restaurant or quick-service experience is preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Weekend and holiday availability.
• Dependable and ready to work at your scheduled start time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, energetic, and caring hospitality to every guest
• Take accurate orders and help guests navigate our menu
• Prepare and serve food according to BIRDCODE recipes and quality standards
• Work multiple stations including register, expo, food preparation, cooking, dining room, and more
• Verify orders for accuracy before they reach the guest
• Keep your station clean, stocked, organized, and ready for service
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, labeling, temperature, and FIFO standards
• Complete opening, closing, cleaning, and restocking responsibilities
• Support your teammates wherever needed to help win the shift
• Participate in team huddles, training, and station development
• Follow direction from Shift Leaders and Operators
• Bring a positive attitude, accept coaching, and continue developing your skills
