BIRDCODE is hiring a Team Member to deliver hospitality across all restaurant stations in Cheshire, CT. You’ll be cross-trained, handling orders, food prep, and guest service, while upholding safety standards and brand quality.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Restaurant or quick-service experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, energetic, and caring hospitality to every guest.
• Take accurate orders and help guests navigate our menu.
• Prepare and serve food according to BIRDCODE recipes and quality standards.
• Work multiple stations including register, expo, food preparation, cooking, dining room, and more.
• Verify orders for accuracy before they reach the guest.
• Keep your station clean, stocked, organized, and ready for service.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, labeling, temperature, and FIFO standards.
• Complete opening, closing, cleaning, and restocking responsibilities.
• Support your teammates wherever needed to help win the shift.
• Participate in team huddles, training, and station development.
• Follow direction from Shift Leaders and Operators.
• Bring a positive attitude, accept coaching, and continue developing your skills.
