Responsibilities include handling menu items, guiding handoffs at drive-thru and front counter, monitoring temps, stocking supplies, and using equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Be an expert on the menu and assemble items to specifications.
• Mark customizations using current procedures.
• Communicate between line, front counter, and drive-thru.
• Assist expediter and provide good customer service during handoffs.
• Keep workstation clean and maintain safety and quality standards.
• Check food temperatures and monitor temps in coolers.
• Clean grills, melters, taco rail, and crumb tray.
• Stock line with wraps, trays, bowls, lids, boxes, and bags.
• Wear headset on the drive-thru line.
• Use and clean fryers and refresh items as needed.
