Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items to exact specifications.
• Handle order customizations using current procedures.
• Coordinate between the line, front counter, and drive-thru.
• Assist the expediter and ensure good customer service during handoffs.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at all times.
• Regularly check temperatures of food and monitor cooler temps.
• Clean grills, melters, taco rail, and crumb tray.
• Use proper portioning tools and monitor ingredient levels on the line.
• Wear a headset on the drive-thru line.
• Stock the line with wraps, trays, bowls, lids, boxes, and bags.
• Operate fryers and refresh items as needed.
