Job summary

Firehouse Subs - NC SC is seeking a friendly Team Member to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a great store experience. This role can be part-time or full-time, offering opportunities to work in a fast-paced environment with tips in addition to hourly pay.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, handling the cash register, and helping maintain food safety and store cleanliness while supporting a collaborative team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years old.
• Basic computer skills and register familiarity.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and stoop during shifts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and serve as the face of Firehouse Subs.
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store.
• Assist in food preparation and merchandise stocking as needed.
• Support teamwork and deliver an exceptional store experience.
