Job summary

Firehouse Subs - NC SC in Charlotte is seeking friendly Team Members to deliver an outstanding customer experience and uphold our fast-casual standards.

Both part-time and full-time shifts are available. You will greet customers, take orders, handle payments, and help keep the store clean and safe while working in a fast-paced environment. Training provided; must be 16 years or older; expect to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Computer skills including basic Microsoft software and register skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and stoop for assigned shift.
• Ability to be mobile in freezer/cooler with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F.

Responsibilities

• Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain store standards.
• Execute quality store operations and assist in food preparation as required.
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions following cash handling policies.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, small wares, merchandise and equipment.
